Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue for Q1 FY26 was INR 188 crores (₹18,805.31 lakhs), up 20.4% year-over-year.
Test volume grew 17% year-over-year; patient footfall increased by 14%.
EBITDA margin stood at 39.1%, and PAT margin was 20.4%.
EPS (Basic) for Q1 FY26 was INR 3.8 (consolidated: ₹3.76), up 22.9% year-over-year.
B2C revenue share remained high at 93%, and wellness share was 14.2%.
Outlook and guidance
Guidance maintained for FY26: revenue growth of 15%+, with 13% from volume and 1.5–2% from price/mix.
EBITDA margin guidance remains at 38–39% for the full year, despite new center ramp-up.
CapEx for new centers in FY26 expected at INR 150–155 crores, with replacement CapEx at 2–3% of topline.
Three new hubs to be commissioned in Q2 FY26 across core geographies and West Bengal, with two more in West Bengal by H2 FY26.
Dividend of ₹2 per equity share (200%) for FY25 recommended, subject to shareholder approval.
