Executive summary
Revenue declined 6% year-over-year to HKD 3.2 billion, mainly due to weak demand and competitive pricing in the Chinese Mainland, partially offset by growth in other regions.
Profit attributable to shareholders rose 1% to HKD 172 million, aided by lower finance costs and income tax.
Basic earnings per share increased by 2% to HKD 16.2 cents.
Interim dividend of HKD 0.04 per share declared, unchanged from the prior year.
