Executive summary
Net income for Q1 2026 was $64.2 million, up 6% sequentially and 36% year-over-year, with diluted EPS at $0.79, a 10% increase from the previous quarter and 46% higher than Q1 2025.
Return on tangible common equity was 10.6%, and return on average assets was 0.96%.
EPS growth was driven by stable margins, higher non-interest income, lower expenses, and share repurchases at 0.99x tangible book value.
