Executive summary
Net operating profit after tax for FY2025 was $69.5m, up 53% year-over-year, driven by strong investment portfolio performance and effective management by the investment advisor.
Portfolio return for FY2025 was 31.00%, outperforming the MSCI All-Country World Index (ex-Australia) by 12.41%.
Total assets increased to $462m as at 30 June 2025, a 50% rise from the prior year, with shareholder numbers up 26% to approximately 4,975.
Financial highlights
Revenue from ordinary activities rose 54.6% to $107.8m compared to the prior year.
Net profit after tax increased 53.3% to $69.5m year-over-year.
Basic and diluted EPS were 33.5cps, up from 25.1cps in FY2024.
Net tangible asset (NTA) per share before tax was $2.025 (up from $1.744), and after tax $1.797 (up from $1.566).
Total investment gains were $105.2m; expenses from ordinary activities were $8.95m.
Outlook and guidance
Board intends to pay increased fully franked quarterly dividends in FY2026, with the next four quarters' dividends set to rise progressively from 2.09cps to 2.24cps, subject to profit reserves and franking credits.
Portfolio remains well positioned for continued long-term growth, supported by a sound investment approach.
