Project overview and location

• Kokoseb gold project in Namibia has rapidly grown to a 2.93 Moz Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) at 1.0 g/t as of July 2025, discovered in Q3 2021.

• Located in the Erongo Region, 320km from Windhoek, within a proven and expanding gold district with established infrastructure and stable jurisdiction.

• Project structured as an 80/20 joint venture with state-owned Epangelo Mining Company.

• Holds exploration licences covering approximately 3,000 km² in the underexplored Pan-African Damara Orogenic Belt.

Resource growth and exploration

• Resource has grown from 1.3 Moz in May 2023 to 2.93 Moz in July 2025, with ongoing drilling targeting further expansion and a maiden underground MRE in H2 2026.

• Recent RC and DD drilling returned high-grade intercepts, supporting resource category conversion and highlighting significant underground potential.

• Six DD rigs are currently targeting high-grade plunging shoots below the scoping study pit shell.

Project economics and development

• Scoping study indicates an 11.4-year mine life, averaging 177 koz/year for the first 5 years and 146 koz/year over LOM, with a post-tax NPV (5%) of US$1,269M at US$3,450/oz gold price.

• Pre-production capital cost is US$358.8M, with LOM AISC of US$1,447/oz and rapid payback of 1.25 years at higher gold prices.

• Simple open pit mining and conventional 5.25 Mtpa CIL processing plant achieving over 90% gold recovery.
