The company operates through two segments, Energy Efficiency Services and Engineering Services. The Energy Efficiency Services segment offers energy efficiency design, implementation, program management and commissioning services to public agencies and electric and gas utilities. This segment also provides financial advisory services for public agencies; energy audits; design and installation of renewable energy systems; and complex construction services, such as electrical, mechanical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems replacement projects.
