Executive summary
Achieved best-ever Q2 performance with 24% year-over-year growth in total income and an 8x jump in EBITDA, reflecting strong brand and digital strategy execution.
Q2 FY26 revenue from operations reached Rs. 8,015 lakhs, with footfalls at 5.05 lakhs across all parks, and ARPU up 5% YoY to Rs. 1,478.
H1 FY26 total income was Rs. 26,758 lakhs, up 8% YoY, with EBITDA at Rs. 8,417 lakhs and PAT at Rs. 5,083 lakhs.
Resort business in Bangalore delivered record Q2 revenues and improved EBITDA, supported by the launch of Isle by Wonderla.
Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 were approved, with statutory auditors issuing an unmodified review conclusion.
Financial highlights
Q2 FY26 total income rose 24% YoY to Rs. 8,852 lakhs; EBITDA was Rs. 748 lakhs, up from a loss of Rs. 109 lakhs in Q2 FY25, and EBITDA margin improved to 9.3%.
Q2 FY26 PAT was a loss of Rs. 175 lakhs, compared to a profit of Rs. 1,598 lakhs in Q2 FY25.
H1 FY26 ARPU rose 4% YoY to Rs. 1,669; average non-ticket price increased 10% YoY.
Total income for Q2 FY26 was ₹8,851.58 lakhs, up from ₹7,122.59 lakhs in Q1 FY26 and ₹7,138.75 lakhs in Q2 FY25.
Basic EPS for Q2 FY26 was ₹8.29, compared to ₹13.78 in Q2 FY25.
Outlook and guidance
Expansion strategy includes new park construction in Chennai and exploring other strategic locations, with commercial operations for Chennai expected to start in December 2025.
Focus remains on innovation, guest experience, and disciplined capital allocation to sustain growth and deliver long-term value.
New parks are expected to drive footfall growth, with mature parks contributing single-digit growth and overall revenue growth targeted at 8%-10%.
Chennai Park expected to ramp up to 10-12 lakh annual visitors over three to four years, with initial pricing at par with other large parks.
The fourth amusement park at Bhubaneswar began commercial operations on 24 May 2024, impacting period comparability.
