Executive summary
Q2 FY26 achieved record performance with 24% year-over-year growth in total income, EBITDA up eightfold, and strong digital-driven bookings; ARPU in Q2 FY26 increased 5% YoY to Rs. 1,478, and SPH grew 7% YoY to Rs. 461.
H1 FY26 total income was Rs. 26,758 lakhs, up 8% year-over-year, with EBITDA at Rs. 8,417 lakhs and PAT at Rs. 5,083 lakhs.
Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 were approved, with statutory auditors issuing an unmodified review conclusion.
Resort business in Bangalore delivered its best Q2, with notable revenue and EBITDA improvements; ISLE at Bengaluru Park commenced operations in Q1 FY26.
Fifth park in Chennai is nearing completion, with commercial operations expected to start in December 2025.
Financial highlights
Q2 FY26 revenue from operations was INR 80.15 crore, up 19% year-over-year; total income rose 24% YoY to Rs. 8,852 lakhs; EBITDA reached INR 74.84 crore, up eight times year-over-year, with a margin of 9%.
Q2 FY26 PAT was negative INR 1.75 crore, an improvement of INR 7.62 crore year-over-year, excluding exceptional items; Q2 FY26 PAT was a loss of Rs. 175 lakhs, compared to a profit of Rs. 1,598 lakhs in Q2 FY25.
H1 FY26 revenue was INR 248.4 crore, up 3% year-over-year; EBITDA for H1 was INR 84.16 crore, and PAT was INR 50.8 crore.
H1 FY26 ARPU rose 4% YoY to Rs. 1,669; average non-ticket price increased 10% YoY.
Q2 FY26 EBITDA margin improved to 9.3% from -1.61% YoY.
Outlook and guidance
Focus remains on innovation, guest experience, and disciplined capital allocation to sustain growth and deliver long-term value.
Expansion strategy includes new park construction in Chennai and exploring other strategic locations; new parks are expected to drive footfall growth, with mature parks contributing single-digit growth and overall revenue growth targeted at 8%-10%.
Chennai park expected to reach 1–1.2 million annual visitors in 3–4 years, with initial pricing at par with other large parks.
Focus on digital marketing, value-added services, and integrating resorts with parks to enhance visitor experience.
