Opening remarks and agenda
Virtual-only AGM duly called; notice mailed Sept. 14, 2026, to stockholders of record as of Sept. 9; quorum confirmed.
Agenda covered six proposals, voting, preliminary results and adjournment; stockholders could vote until polls closed, with meeting adjournment available for technical difficulties.
