Executive summary
Q2 FY2026/3 revenue reached ¥13,776 million, up 12.3% year-over-year, with EBITDA at ¥3,653 million (+5.3% YoY), operating income at ¥2,852 million (+2.2% YoY), and net income attributable to owners at ¥1,982 million (+5.1% YoY).
EPS increased 8% YoY to ¥19.82, with all key profit metrics at 49% progress toward full-year forecasts.
Growth was driven by strong performance in Vertical HR, steady demand in Living Tech and Life Service, and new M&A such as AnyCareer.
Alpha Staff (resort staffing) became a wholly owned subsidiary, and PMI for AnyCareer and URG is progressing smoothly.
Gross profit rose 10.2% YoY to ¥11,120 million.

Both operating profit and EBITDA hit record highs for Q2, despite a slight decline in profit margins due to portfolio mix changes.
Total assets as of September 30, 2025, were ¥39,403 million, up from ¥37,573 million at the previous fiscal year-end.
Outlook and guidance
The company is making steady progress toward its full-year earnings forecasts, with all major segments achieving around 49-50% of their annual targets by Q2.
Full-year revenue forecast for FY3/2026 is ¥28,000 million, up 10.0% year-over-year.
Net income attributable to owners is projected at ¥4,020 million, with basic EPS of ¥40.20.
No changes have been made to the previously announced financial forecast.
Dividend forecast increased to ¥11.0 per share, with a share buyback limit of ¥700 million.
