Executive summary
Net sales for the six months ended September 30, 2025, rose 2.0% year-over-year to ¥19,454 million, with operating profit up 2.1% to ¥2,371 million and ordinary profit up 19.1% to ¥2,958 million.
Profit attributable to owners of parent increased 28.7% year-over-year to ¥2,095 million, and comprehensive income surged 37.4% to ¥2,190 million.
Net income per share for the period was ¥97.37, up from ¥73.16 in the prior year.
Financial highlights
Gross profit increased to ¥13,582 million from ¥13,349 million year-over-year, with a slight rise in cost of sales.
Operating profit margin remained stable, while ordinary profit benefited from higher non-operating income, especially equity method gains.
Total assets were ¥63,412 million as of September 30, 2025, with net assets at ¥39,755 million and a shareholders' equity ratio of 62.7%.
Cash and cash equivalents at period end were ¥26,694 million, down from ¥27,224 million at the start of the period.
