12 Oct, 2026Commercial performance and expansion
DAYBUE Q2 2026 global net sales were $125M, up 30% YoY, driven almost entirely by volume; DAYBUE STIX adoption exceeded expectations.
40% of U.S. DAYBUE patients received STIX by end-Q2 2026; more than 2,000 patients treated since launch, with over 50% persistence at 12 months.
European Commission approval for DAYBUE received in August 2026; Germany launch anticipated early Q4, with Japan Phase 3 results expected in 4Q26.
NUPLAZID Q2 2026 net sales were $183M, up 10% YoY on a non-GAAP adjusted basis; new patient prescriptions reached their highest volume since 1Q18.
NUPLAZID share of new scripts was 20–25% among ~130,000 patients treated with atypical antipsychotics; ~100,000 patients treated since launch.
Pipeline and clinical progress
Remlifanserin Phase 2 RADIANT narrowly missed the primary ADP endpoint at 60 mg (p=0.0603); the key secondary CGI-S endpoint was nominally significant (p=0.0077).
RADIANT showed meaningful, consistent efficacy trends; safety and tolerability were favorable, with no new safety signals. Two Phase 3 ADP trials are underway.
ILLUMERA is a global, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial of remlifanserin in LBDP, with 60 mg, 30 mg and placebo arms; primary endpoint is SAPS-LBDP at 6 weeks.
ACP-211 Phase 2 in MDD recently initiated; 153 patients randomized, with change in MADRS total score at Week 4 as the primary endpoint.
ACP-711 Phase 1 elderly cohorts are underway; Phase 2 in essential tremor projected to start in 2027. ACP-271 entered first-in-human study in Q1 2026 for tardive dyskinesia and Huntington’s disease.
Long-term opportunity
Internal estimates put projected FY 2028 global net sales at ~$1.7B and full global peak sales potential at ~$11B, unadjusted, assuming pipeline candidates are approved and commercialized.
Remlifanserin peak sales potential for ADP and LBDP is ~$4B; NUPLAZID and DAYBUE peak sales potential are ~$1B and ~$700M, respectively.
The pipeline spans neurological and rare diseases, including ADP, LBDP, MDD, essential tremor, tardive dyskinesia, Rett syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, Huntington’s disease and SYNGAP1.
