Investor presentation summary
28 Oct, 2026Corporate position
Share price A$0.031 and market cap A$149.8M at 23 Oct 2026; cash A$25.4M at 30 Sep 2026; 4.83B ordinary shares.
Samphire is ~20 km southwest of Whyalla; local suppliers, council support and an approved Field Recovery Trial program support project development.
Samphire progress and resource
Samphire’s Blackbush and Plumbush resources total 30.0 Mlb U3O8: 18.0 Mlb at Blackbush and 12.0 Mlb Inferred at Plumbush; 15.8 Mlb of the total is Inferred.
Pattern 1 achieved the 70% uranium recovery industry benchmark over 70 pore volumes; 115 mg/L U3O8 grade and flow up to 5 L/s, with reagent use in the highly favourable category (~20 kg/t).
Trial results aligned with or exceeded Scoping Study assumptions; higher flow is an Feasibility Study optimisation opportunity, while Pattern 2 tested lower-grade, lower-flow orebody margins.
The separate Samphire Exploration Target is 10–35 Mlb U3O8; it is conceptual, with insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource in the target areas.
Drilling and growth plans
Jul–Dec 2026 program targets ~250 holes for ~22,000 m; by 7 Oct, 122 holes for >12,500 m had been drilled and just under half the planned program released.
Drilling confirmed channel continuity and mineralisation ~1 km south of Blackbush; 62 Plumbush infill holes aim to support conversion of Inferred resources to Indicated.
The Mullaquana Crown Lease option provides access for Plumbush and southern Blackbush extensions; exercise is due by 11 Mar 2028 for A$6.75M plus stamp duty and costs.
An updated Samphire resource estimate is planned by 30 Jun 2027; Feasibility Study delivery is targeted for Q4 2027.
