Financial performance review

Underlying EBITDA before FX rose to AUD 12.2 million, a 250.8% increase from the prior year, with a 5.3% margin and a strong Q4 margin of 18.2%.
Appen Global reported AUD 127.9 million in FY25 revenue, down 21% year-on-year, but delivered a strong Q4 with a 24.6% EBITDA margin.
Generative AI revenue grew to 33% of total revenue by year-end, up from 22% in 2024.
Cash on hand at year-end was AUD 59.8 million, with AUD 10 million in annualized cost efficiencies realized.
