Corporate presentation summary
6 Aug, 2026Strategic positioning and pipeline
Focus on first-in-class oral immune modulators targeting ITK for broad immune disease applications, including dermatology, respiratory, GI, and rheumatology indications.
Pipeline includes ongoing Phase 3 for PTCL, Phase 2 for atopic dermatitis (AD), and planned trials in asthma and hidradenitis suppurativa.
Strong intellectual property protection through 2042 and experienced management team.
Partnerships in China for clinical development and market expansion.
Mechanism of action and scientific rationale
Soquelitinib selectively inhibits ITK, blocking Th2 and Th17 pathways, reducing inflammatory cytokines, and rebalancing immune response.
ITK blockade increases regulatory T cells (Tregs) and decreases Th17 cells, supporting durable immune modulation.
Modulates JAK-STAT pathway by upregulating SOCS3 and reducing JAK1 in T helper cells.
Clinical efficacy and safety in atopic dermatitis
Phase 1 placebo-controlled trial showed dose-dependent efficacy, with up to 75% of patients achieving EASI75 and 33% achieving IGA 0/1 after 8 weeks.
Responses maintained during drug-free follow-up, with no rebound observed post-treatment.
Efficacy observed in patients with prior systemic therapy, including those resistant to other treatments.
Safety profile consistent with no severe or serious adverse events; most AEs were mild and did not require dose modification.
