5 Oct, 2026Strategic rationale and market context
Aging population, virtual-care adoption, hospital financial pressure and workforce shortages are driving demand for integrated care across settings.
The combined offering connects facility-based virtual acute care with mobile health, remote monitoring, in-home care and mobile phlebotomy.
The intended patient journey spans hospital, home and longitudinal support, addressing fragmented care, capacity constraints and patient access.
Cross-selling opportunities leverage both businesses’ established hospital and health-system customer bases.
