Financial performance review
FY 2025 saw group sales down 2% (0.3% on a comparable 52-week basis), with EBIT down 8.5% and net profit after tax down 16.8%.
Retail sales fell 1.2% to AUD 10 billion, while hotel sales grew 4.1% to AUD 2.1 billion, with strong momentum in hospitality.
Operating cash flow remained robust at AUD 1.2 billion, supporting a fully franked dividend of AUD 0.1880 per share and a AUD 187 million reduction in net debt.
Cost inflation and supply chain disruptions impacted results, but hotel EBIT grew 4.5% and optimization programs delivered AUD 75 million in savings.
