Net cash position improved to €119.1 million as of June 30, 2025, with €14 million generated in H1.
Outlook and guidance
Upgraded 2025 revenue guidance to €350–370 million (from €320–340 million) and EBITDA to €115–125 million (from €110–120 million).
Net financial position guidance remains €100–110 million, now factoring in the Expotrans acquisition.
2027 targets: revenues €355–375 million, EBITDA €120–130 million, with strong cash generation and at least €40 million allocated to dividends over 2024–2027.
H2 2025 expected to benefit from Expotrans consolidation, Olympic infrastructure contract, and a strong exhibition calendar.
