Project development progress

• Approximately 2,300 m³ of concrete poured in March, advancing industrial area infrastructure.

• Primary crusher excavation nearly complete, with deeper excavation and foundation pour next.

• Power plant engine hall concrete works finished; fuel treatment house and day tank construction advancing.

• Process plant foundations for CIP tanks, SAG Mill, and Ball Mill progressing, with over 1,000 m³ of concrete poured for Ball Mill.

Equipment and fleet expansion

• Komatsu PC4000 excavator active in mine pit, optimizing cost per ton with 22 m³ shovel capacity.

• March saw delivery of 6 HD1500 trucks, a second PC4000, and commissioning of HM400 water truck and DR410 drill.

• Mobile jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 110 EVO2 received and ready for deployment as aggregate plant.

• Truck dumper body assembly ongoing, with three complete and fourth in progress; two 375 dozers commissioned, third arriving in April.

Site infrastructure and facilities

• Emergency power generator commissioned, providing independent electricity; transmission lines to permanent camp completed, utilization set for April.

• Temporary buildings constructed for material storage and truck shop, to be repurposed after construction.

• Barge landing caisson near completion, enabling heavy material unloading by mid-April and supporting ongoing construction.

• Dormitory expansion ongoing, with over 850 beds available and more being added; new camp kitchen and welcome centre progressing.
