Oncology: KIMMTRAK and PRAME portfolio

• KIMMTRAK is the global standard of care in first-line metastatic uveal melanoma (mUM), with 16% YoY growth and $223M net sales in 1H 2026, achieving ≥70% penetration in major markets.

• Demonstrated doubling of 5-year overall survival (OS) rates in mUM and durable responses in cutaneous melanoma (CM), with ongoing Phase 3 trials in 2L+ CM (TEBE-AM) and adjuvant uveal melanoma (ATOM).

• PRAME-targeted therapies, including brenetafusp, show promising disease control and tolerability in late-line CM and ovarian cancer, with Phase 3 PRISM-MEL-301 trial ongoing in 1L CM.

• Combination strategies with checkpoint inhibitors and chemotherapy are being explored to enhance efficacy.

Infectious diseases: HIV functional cure

• IMC-M113V, a TCR therapy for HIV, is in Phase 1 trials, showing good tolerability and dose-dependent antiviral effects, including delayed viral rebound and significant reduction in HIV RNA and DNA.

• Over 500,000 HLA-A02+ people living with HIV are potential candidates for this approach.
