IONSolv™ is a proprietary, scalable processing platform using Deep Eutectic Solvent (DES) chemistry to selectively recover and upgrade metals from complex materials into higher-value products across e-waste, solar, and battery feedstocks.
The process involves selective leaching, separation, and solvent recycling, enabling closed-loop, low-temperature, and high-purity metal recovery.
Independently verified recoveries include 96.5% NdPr and 93.5% Dy from US commercial e-waste, and ~95% silver from solar PV modules.
