Platform overview and technology

• IONSolv™ is a proprietary, scalable processing platform that selectively recovers and upgrades metals from complex materials, including e-waste, solar panels, and battery materials.

• The technology uses Deep Eutectic Solvent (DES) chemistry, developed with the University of Adelaide, and is independently validated for high recovery rates of rare earths and silver.

• The platform is modular, low-temperature, closed-loop, and supports multiple revenue streams: processing fees, product sales, and strategic partnerships.

Market opportunity and strategic positioning

• Significant value is currently lost to landfill or routed through China-dominated refining; IONSolv™ aims to intercept and redirect this value to Western end-use markets.

• The addressable market for e-waste, end-of-life batteries, and solar PV is estimated at $70-80bn in 2026, with IONSolv™ targeting $12-18bn in 2026 and $22-28bn by 2030.

• The platform supports the creation of a domestic, circular supply chain for critical minerals in the U.S., reducing reliance on foreign imports.

Commercial progress and milestones

• Achieved independently verified recoveries: 96.5% NdPr and 93.5% Dy from U.S. e-waste, and ~95% silver from solar PV feedstock.

• Signed binding agreements with major U.S. e-waste recyclers and Australian solar recycling partners; secured up to US$15M in non-dilutive incentives from Oklahoma for the first U.S. commercial module.

• Phase 1 economics show a 46% post-tax IRR, 2.6-year payback, and US$4.6m capex per module, with modular scaling targeting 20,000+ tpa by 2029.
