Corporate learning spend is estimated at USD 370 billion annually, with less than 5% outsourced; outsourcing is viewed as a multi-year growth opportunity.
Near-term recovery in training spend may be delayed, but cost pressure and focus on core business are expected to support outsourcing demand as conditions stabilize.
Planned investment priorities include innovation, advisory services, digital capabilities, and Sales & Marketing; inorganic opportunities remain under evaluation.
