  • Secured a five-year VA facility BPA allocating US$1.3m for Triage Plus and Monitor testing at Marion, Illinois, reducing ordering and funding friction.

Test volumes and mix

  • Q2 FY27 US commercial volumes were 2,867 tests, down 13.0% from Q1; APAC volumes rose 3.7% to 1,201, while total laboratory throughput increased 2.7% to 5,258.

  • Triage Plus reached 5.6% of US tests in Q2, up from 0.8% in Q1, and 11% in September; APAC share was 8.1%, up from 7.6%.

  • Commercial focus shifted toward intermediate-risk patients, priority accounts, integrated delivery networks and female-specific call points while US Medicare coverage remains pending.

Clinical evidence

  • Canterbury pathway audit of 4,512 referrals found specialist appointment waits fell 14.8 days and time to first bladder cancer operation fell 15.0 days; monthly urology referrals declined by 6.9.

  • In the Canterbury study, Māori patients’ time to first operation fell 20 days vs 16 days for NZ European patients, narrowing elements of the access gap.

  • AUSSIE enrolled 691 evaluable patients; Triage Plus test-negative rates were 81% for microhematuria (NPV 100%) and 70% for gross hematuria (NPV 98%).

  • AUSSIE microhematuria test-negative rates were 100% for low-risk, 89% for intermediate-risk and 76% for high-risk patients; NPV was at least 99% across risk categories.

  • Kaiser Permanente completed enrollment of 2,000 patients in the Triage Plus concordance study; data analysis is next, with results intended to support a future publication and potential transition from Triage.
