Investor presentation summary
4 Nov, 2026Operating platform
Integrated refining and logistics platform with 219,000 bpd system-wide crude capacity, 13 MMbbls of storage, and marine, rail, and pipeline assets.
Refining capacity spans Hawaii 94,000 bpd, Washington 63,000 bpd, Wyoming 42,000 bpd, and Montana 20,000 bpd.
LTM 9/30/26 product yield was 51% distillates and low-sulfur fuel oil, 36% gasoline, and 13% asphalt, VGO, and other products.
LTM 9/30/26 crude sourcing included 21% Canadian heavy crude and 15% Bakken; 21% of crude exposure was Western Canadian Select heavy crude.
Retail and logistics
Retail network includes 87 Hawaii locations across four islands, with 33 company-operated convenience stores, plus 29 company-operated locations in Washington and Idaho.
Hawaii’s scarce land, high real estate costs, and logistics complexity support the retail position; proprietary Hele and nomnom brands and expanded food and merchandise offerings support customer reach and margin capture.
Retail and logistics are highlighted as stable Adjusted EBITDA contributors across market cycles; targeted term debt is 3–4x annual Retail and Logistics Adjusted EBITDA.
Renewable fuels
Hawaii Renewables is designed to produce 61 million gallons per year of renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel, and renewable naphtha, using existing resources, utilities, and distribution infrastructure.
The facility can produce up to 60% SAF or 90% renewable diesel yield; on-specification renewable diesel was produced in April 2026 and production reached 3,700 bpd in September 2026.
Ownership is 63.5% for Par Pacific and 36.5% for Mitsubishi and ENEOS through Alohi Renewable Energy, which contributed $100 million; Par Hawaii Refining operates the JV.
