6 Oct, 2026Milestone 2030 framework
Milestone 2030 is an aspirational medium-term target, reverse-set from the mission and long-term vision; annual plans define initiatives and financial forecasts.
The mission is to make action-led information move people and create a positive cycle in which anyone can become a hero.
FY2025 operating profit reached ¥3.622bn, exceeding the ¥3.5bn target set in 2021 and enabling a phase of more active growth investment.
FY2025 targets and results
PR TIMES reached 124,813 user companies versus a 150,000 target; domestic listed-company usage was 65.6%, while 328 municipalities used the service during the year versus a 700 target.
All 47 prefectures had regional business partnerships; disaster-support program awareness was 32.7%, and municipal adoption and usage acceleration remain focus areas.
Monthly site views reached 89.84mn versus a 110mn target; media usage rose to 44.5% from 24.5%, while service understanding among business people was 5.2%.

Financial goals and strategic shift

The strategy expands beyond a web-based release-distribution platform into PR value-chain services, work-enabling SaaS, data and AI, and overseas markets.
A progressive dividend policy with DOE of at least 2% is to continue alongside growth investment.
The domestic PR services market is estimated at ¥140bn, ~1.7% of Japan’s advertising market; the US PR market is estimated at ~¥4tn, 6.3% of US advertising.
