Corporate presentation summary
19 Jun, 2026Strategic vision and leadership
Aims to enable people with inner ear hearing disorders to live with unlimited connections, addressing a major unmet clinical need affecting 1.5 billion globally.
Employs a modality-agnostic approach, leveraging gene therapy and small molecules for multiple indications.
Supported by an experienced leadership team, board, and scientific advisory board with deep expertise in biotech and hearing science.
Backed by leading life sciences investors and exclusive global partnerships.
Pipeline and clinical programs
SENS-601 gene therapy targets GJB2-related hearing loss, the most common cause of genetic deafness, with three forms: congenital, childhood, and early adult onset.
SENS-601 demonstrates efficient, targeted delivery and functional restoration in preclinical models, with strong safety and efficacy data in mice and non-human primates.
SENS-601 clinical development is advancing, with CTA filings in Canada and France and US IND planned by end of 2026.
SENS-401, a first-in-class small molecule, is in clinical development for hearing preservation and prevention across three indications: cochlear implantation, cisplatin-induced ototoxicity, and sudden sensorineural hearing loss.
Clinical results and impact
SENS-401 shows positive Phase 2 results in sudden sensorineural hearing loss, with 50% of treated patients achieving complete hearing recovery at Day 84, statistically superior to placebo.
In cochlear implantation, SENS-401 achieves complete hearing preservation in 40% of treated patients at 6 weeks post-implant, with effects maintained after discontinuation.
For cisplatin-induced ototoxicity, SENS-401 is safe and shows a trend toward otoprotective effect in patients with high cumulative cisplatin exposure.
