16 Oct, 2026Executive summary
FY23 consolidated revenue rose 22% YoY; PAT reached ₹11,155 lakh, while EBITDA declined to ₹12,227 lakh from ₹14,237 lakh. Profit comparison includes a much smaller exceptional loss than FY22.
General Staffing added ~29,000 net associates; higher-margin Specialised Staffing and Degree Apprenticeship faced IT hiring weakness and NEEM scheme disruption.
FY24 priorities include sales and hiring productivity, cross-selling, digitisation, value-added services and cost control; management expects structural demand to support medium- and long-term growth.
Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue from operations was ₹786,999.75 lakh vs ₹647,982.31 lakh in FY22; EBITDA excluding other income and exceptional items was ₹12,226.57 lakh vs ₹14,236.94 lakh.
Consolidated PAT was ₹11,154.98 lakh vs ₹3,945.46 lakh; EPS was ₹65.12 vs ₹22.48. FY23 exceptional loss was ₹232.83 lakh vs ₹7,177.87 lakh in FY22.
Standalone revenue was ₹687,617.59 lakh vs ₹564,033.82 lakh; EBITDA excluding other income and exceptional items was ₹7,678.56 lakh vs ₹8,552.29 lakh; PAT was ₹9,719.62 lakh vs ₹2,249.63 lakh.
Consolidated operating cash flow was ₹12,623.87 lakh vs cash outflow of ₹614.75 lakh in FY22.
Outlook and guidance
FY24 initiatives target stronger sales/account-management productivity, lower-cost hiring at scale, cross-selling, technology-led differentiation and higher value-added revenue; core employee headcount was cut 8% during FY23.
IT and NEEM headwinds may affect margins through part of FY24; management characterizes them as short term and sees long-term opportunity in IT and apprenticeships.
Positive medium- and long-term prospects rest on low staffing-market penetration, labour formalisation and progressive regulatory reforms.
Approximately ₹15 crore is planned for HCM technology investment over the next 24 months, intended to support new revenue, hiring productivity and margin expansion.
