Group revenue for HY 26 is ahead of the prior year, supporting FY 26 market expectations.
Adjusted EBITDA for HY 26 is expected to surpass HY 25, driven by revenue growth and investment in Facilisgroup.
Facilisgroup revenue in US dollars is approximately 7% higher than HY 25, with multi-year contracts extending committed revenues.
Brand Addition revenue is about 4% ahead of HY 25, mainly from new contract wins and a strong new business pipeline.
Key performance indicators, including gross merchandise value and partner numbers, are progressing as expected.
Financial position and shareholder returns
Balance sheet remains strong, with excellent free cash flow generation supporting organic growth.
£14.3m was returned to shareholders in the 12 months to 30 June 2026, up from £6.0m the previous year.
Net debt as of 30 June 2026 stands at £1.2m, compared to net cash of £6.0m a year earlier.
A £2.0m extension to the share buyback programme has been announced.
Net cash at 31 December 2026 is expected to be approximately £5.0m, assuming full utilisation of the buyback.
