Trading performance and revenue momentum

• Group revenue for HY 26 is ahead of the prior year, supporting FY 26 market expectations.

• Adjusted EBITDA for HY 26 is expected to surpass HY 25, driven by revenue growth and investment in Facilisgroup.

• Facilisgroup revenue in US dollars is approximately 7% higher than HY 25, with multi-year contracts extending committed revenues.

• Brand Addition revenue is about 4% ahead of HY 25, mainly from new contract wins and a strong new business pipeline.

Financial position and shareholder returns
