Trading update summary
2 Oct, 2026Current trading
Revenue ahead of expectations for the first five months of 2026, despite a difficult industry backdrop.
Cash and cash equivalents were in the mid-single-digit millions at 31 May 2026; no borrowings.
Cash is expected to trough in summer 2026 and improve after launches of certain high-potential games.
Pipeline and investment
Steam wishlist rankings: Kingmakers #5, SAND #32, Graveyard Keeper 2 #49, Streets of Rogue 2 #84, The Lift #99 and Restory #120.
Release timing remains flexible to maximise each game's potential; investment is regularly reviewed against audience validation, with cost control a priority.
Back catalogue titles Hello Neighbor and Graveyard Keeper continue to deliver strong sales; new franchise titles include Graveyard Keeper 2, SpeedRunners 2 and Streets of Rogue 2.
Outlook
2026 and beyond pipeline includes larger-budget games above $1m, alongside catalogue updates, DLCs and platform launches.
Board remains confident 2026 results will be at least in line with expectations; macroeconomic uncertainty and the conflict in Ukraine call for continued caution.
