18 May, 2026Project overview and strategic context
Advancing a district-scale magnetic rare earths discovery in Minas Gerais, Brazil, with a drill-confirmed footprint exceeding 3.5 km² and ongoing expansion across eight additional targets.
Project leverages over 15 years of operational experience and infrastructure from existing potash operations, reducing startup friction and enabling rapid exploration and development.
Located in a mining-friendly jurisdiction with strong government support, upgraded infrastructure, and access to a skilled workforce.
Brazil holds over 20% of global rare earth reserves and ranks #4 in investment attractiveness in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Exploration results and mineralization
High-grade, clay-hosted rare earth mineralization confirmed from surface, with best trench samples up to 8,930 ppm TREO and 2,182 ppm MREO.
Drilling highlights include intercepts such as 13.0 m at 0.83% TREO (including 8.0 m at 1.01% TREO) and 10.0 m at 0.84% TREO (including 5.0 m at 1.10% TREO).
Magnet rare earth oxides (NdPr, Dy, Tb) consistently represent 19–26% of TREO in high-grade intervals, with Dy₂O₃ up to 86 ppm and Tb₄O₇ up to 18 ppm.
Mineralization remains open at depth and along strike, supporting potential for resource expansion.
Metallurgy and mineral quality
Ionic adsorption behavior confirmed, with leachates up to 278 mg/kg MREO and ultra-low contaminants (Th and U not detected).
Initial metallurgical tests used conservative single-stage leaching; multi-stage optimization planned to improve recoveries.
Project exhibits a richer, cleaner magnet-REE system compared to peers, with higher grades and minimal impurities.
