Evidence-led commercial model

  • Clinical studies are prioritized for adoption, utilization and actionable clinical questions; independent investigator-led work is intended to strengthen credibility and support defensible claims.

  • Commercial framework: land a first purchase or enter a new practice; deepen use in installed accounts; expand a second product into an existing account.

  • Publications, conferences, continuing education and sales training carry findings to clinics; adoption and utilization are linked to recurring consumable revenue.

  • PulseVet is supported by more than 15 years of research; six recent studies covered PulseVet, VETGuardian and TRUFORMA.

PulseVet studies

  • Equine asthma study of 23 horses had no untreated control group; owner ratings improved 69% on average, 74% improved at least 50%, and 15 of 23 had 90%-100% improvement in exercise cough.

  • Endoscopy showed 77% improved at least one mucus-score grade, by 1.3 grades on average, with no worsening; cytology was mixed and veterinary scores unchanged. An outcomes and safety registry is ongoing.

  • Randomized hoof-growth study of 10 horses found sole-depth success after the second treatment in 100% of treated hooves vs. 50% of sham hooves; other measures showed no significant differences, and larger studies are needed.

  • TPLO study included 42 dogs and 50 stifles; at eight weeks, shockwave-treated dogs had significantly higher median healing scores on both scales. No major complications occurred, and all osteotomies healed uneventfully.

  • Asthma and TPLO findings may add treatments using installed PulseVet devices; hoof-growth evidence could open equine podiatry practices as a new market.

VETGuardian PLUS study

  • Internal 10-dog comparison with a wearable collar found respiratory-rate mean absolute error of 2.44 breaths/min and bias of 0.77; heart-rate error was 4.79 beats/min, with the monitor reading ~4 beats/min lower on average.

  • Contactless monitoring is positioned to reduce patient handling and staff workload while supporting post-operative and ICU care; the accuracy study is framed as a first-purchase opportunity.
