Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple, concurrent sales-related technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process, including the creation of technical proposals, product demonstrations, and solution design.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing teams internally and externally to maximize Quartr exposure.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align project goals and expectations.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and ensure successful integration and implementation of our SaaS solutions.

  • Identify potential risks in project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Experience in Sales or Sales Support is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, APIs, and software implementation processes.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Professional proficiency in English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing change.
