Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple, concurrent sales-related technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with the Sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process, including the creation of technical proposals, product demonstrations, and solution design.
Collaborate with the Marketing teams internally and externally to maximize Quartr exposure.
Act as the primary point of contact between Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align project goals and expectations.
Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and ensure successful integration and implementation of our SaaS solutions.
Identify potential risks in project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Experience in Sales or Sales Support is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, APIs, and software implementation processes.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Professional proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing change.
