Executive summary

Financial highlights

Gross margin improved by 160 basis points to 36.6%, and average retail sales price per unit increased to $19,564.
Interest income rose to $65.1 million, interest expense decreased 6.9% to $17.0 million, and SG&A expenses increased 10.1% to $51.4 million.
Allowance for credit losses improved to 23.35% from 25.00% year-over-year, but provision for credit losses increased to $103.0 million (37.3% of sales).
Net charge-offs as a percentage of average finance receivables rose to 6.6% from 6.4% year-over-year.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects to unwind about half of the SG&A growth in the second half, targeting mid-16% SG&A as a percentage of retail sales and annual SG&A reductions of approximately 5%.
Focus remains on disciplined execution, portfolio quality, and capital efficiency, with ongoing efforts to expand inventory capacity and improve gross margin.
Enhanced underwriting and risk-based pricing are expected to continue generating superior risk-adjusted returns.
Planned capital expenditures of approximately $9 million over the next 12 months for facility updates and general requirements.
