Madison project and 2026 drilling

• 100%-owned permitted Montana project; more than $7.7M spent on exploration since 2019, with historic Madison Mine production grading ~20% to over 35% copper and 16.1 g/t gold.

• Hole M26C-02 returned 20.1 m of 11.15 g/t gold, 14.3 g/t silver and 0.42% copper within 30.8 m of massive sulfide; mineralization remains open and thickens southwest.

• 2026 program targets skarn growth and a resource pathway, alongside 2–3 deep porphyry holes; planned drilling totals up to 15,000 m, with assays pending.

• 2025 drilling linked the Madison and Broadway mine areas and identified porphyry pathfinder mineralization; results included 7.6 m of 10.2 g/t gold, including 1.5 m of 44.1 g/t.

• District-scale 4 km by 2 km exploration footprint incorporates skarn, porphyry, CRD and other targets supported by historic and modern data.

Equity exposure and milestones

• Equity holdings were estimated at nearly $20M as of October 8, 2026, with up to $20M in potential milestone payments.

• Vizsla Copper position: ~ $16M in equity and up to $15M in milestone payments; Palmer has a 4.8 Mt indicated resource at 3.5% CuEq and 12 Mt inferred at 3.1% CuEq.

• ICG Silver & Gold position: ~ $2M in equity and up to $5M in milestone payments; its Tuscarora program targeted 1.5 Moz gold equivalent, with a first resource estimate targeted for Q1 2027.

Nevada assets and capital structure

• Nevada properties include Red Hill, Ziggurat and Gooseberry; Red Hill drilling by Barrick returned 24.4 m of 4.99 g/t gold, including 13.7 m of 8.11 g/t.

• Nevada assets are positioned for potential monetization through joint venture, option or sale.

• Capital structure: 267.1M common shares and 301.5M fully diluted shares; cash and escrowed cash investments totaled $9M as of June 30, 2026.
