Executive summary
Q3 2025 was marked by persistent macroeconomic challenges, with weak demand in the US and Europe, while Asia, especially China, showed resilience and growth in innovation markets like batteries and healthcare.
Sales reached €2.19 billion, down 8.6% year-on-year, with EBITDA at €310 million and margin at 14.2%, impacted by lower volumes, negative pricing, and currency effects.

Capex for Q3 was €131 million, in line with the €650 million full-year target.
