Executive summary
FY2025-26 revenue reached €482.4m, up 7.7% reported and 7.9% organically; recurring operating margin was 9.2%, above the 9.0% target.
Net profit attributable to shareholders rose to €58.1m; operating free cash flow increased to €38.4m and net financial debt fell €134.7m to €250.9m.
Financial highlights
Revenue was €482.4m versus €448.1m restated in FY2024-25; EBITDA rose 9.9% to €107.9m and EBITDA margin increased 50 bps to 22.4%.
Recurring operating profit increased 7.4% to €44.2m; operating profit rose 5.7% to €38.7m.
Net profit from continuing operations quadrupled to €10.0m from €2.5m; total net profit was €59.7m, including €49.7m from discontinued operations.
Gross margin was 67.6%, versus 67.4% in FY2024-25.
Outlook and guidance
FY2026-27 revenue target is at least €500m, with recurring operating margin to remain at the FY2025-26 level.
Financial expenses are expected to decline by a further €2m from lower leverage, assuming constant Euribor rates.
Inflationary pressure on certain costs remains; no significant further price adjustments are expected at this stage, with tight cost control planned.
