Business development
Q3 2025 saw significant business volume growth, with a 5.1% increase over the previous year and strong momentum in international markets, especially with 17% growth internationally in Q3 2025.
Organic growth reached 6.2%, with Germany and international segments both contributing positively.
Revenue followed a positive trend, up 1% for the first nine months of 2025, despite a slight dip in Q1.

Supervisory Board extended Konstantin Ebert's term on the Executive Board through 2028 and designated him as successor to the current CEO, with a formal resolution set for February 2026.
Ebert, COO since January 2024, oversees multichannel operations across 12 European markets and brings extensive international experience.
