Business development

• Q3 2025 saw significant business volume growth, with a 5.1% increase over the previous year and strong momentum in international markets, especially with 17% growth internationally in Q3 2025.

• Organic growth reached 6.2%, with Germany and international segments both contributing positively.

• Revenue followed a positive trend, up 1% for the first nine months of 2025, despite a slight dip in Q1.

• EBT margin remained stable, with a robust September pushing Q3 slightly ahead of the previous year.

Workforce and acquisitions

Leadership and strategy

• Supervisory Board extended Konstantin Ebert's term on the Executive Board through 2028 and designated him as successor to the current CEO, with a formal resolution set for February 2026.
