Strategic growth and production targets

• Focus on two large gold belts supporting long-term organic growth and aiming for ±200koz annual production and ±2Moz Reserve targets by FY26F, with current production at 100-110koz pa and AISC of A$2,750–A$2,950/oz.

• Group Reserves stand at 1.5Moz @ 2.6g/t and Resources at 4.2Moz @ 3.2g/t, with high-grade and low-grade breakdowns provided.

• Three-year strategy includes increasing production, lowering costs to ~A$2,000/oz, and filling underutilized processing capacity.

Infrastructure and processing capacity

• Existing infrastructure includes a central processing plant (1.4Mt/2Mtpa), expanded camp, haul roads, and airstrip, enabling faster, lower-cost development.

• Study underway to expand processing capacity from 2Mtpa to 2.5–3.0Mtpa by refurbishing a second circuit, with capital cost estimated at A$50–75m.

• Two scenarios for mill expansion: two standalone circuits or parallel milling/leaching using upgraded crushing circuit.

Resource growth and exploration pipeline

• Resource drill-outs and exploration focus on increasing Reserves, with a 10-year plan underpinned by current Reserves and pipeline projects like Hermes, Triple P, and Parrot/Rosella.

• Key deposits targeted for growth include Cinnamon, Old Highway, Plutonic Main, Trident, Plutonic East, and K2, with significant drilling results and resource expansion potential.

• Greenfield exploration and consolidation of a 190km near-contiguous land package aim to unlock underexplored regions.
