Executive summary
Consolidated sales for the first half of 2025 reached €124.3 million, up 4.0% year-over-year, with growth driven by European and non-European markets despite a decline in Italy.
Net profit rose 8.6% to €22.6 million, representing 18.2% of revenues, with improved margins and a higher average number of employees (930 vs. 888 in 2024).

Financial highlights

Operating profit (EBIT) rose 11.3% to €31.5 million (25.4% margin).
Net financial position shifted from a €2.0 million surplus at year-end 2024 to a €23.8 million deficit, mainly due to €31.6 million in dividends and €11.4 million in capital expenditure.
Capital expenditure totaled €11.4 million, primarily for tangible assets and facility upgrades.
Earnings per share (basic and diluted) were €1.34, up from €1.24 in 2024.
Outlook and guidance
Despite economic and geopolitical uncertainties, consolidated turnover and positive economic results are expected for 2025.
