Net cash position increased to AUD 5.2 million at year-end, up 75% from June 2025, with all borrowings repaid and a AUD 10 million debt facility undrawn and extended to March 2028.
Positive cash flow of AUD 2.2 million was delivered for the period.
Inventory reduced by more than 11% to AUD 24.1 million, reflecting disciplined management and lower U.S.A. inventory investment.
