Civitas Resources, Inc. is a growth-oriented oil and gas exploration and production company focused on the acquisition, development, and production of oil and natural gas in the Rocky Mountain region. The company owns properties in the Wattenberg Field of Colorado’s Denver-Julesburg Basin (the DJ Basin). As of December 31, 2021, it had 397.7 million barrels of proved reserves comprising 143.6 million barrels of crude oil, 106 million barrels of natural gas liquids (NGLs), and 888.5 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas.
