Strategic equity placement and capital allocation

• Completed a A$25 million institutional equity placement to provide growth capital, refinance debt, and release restricted cash while retaining majority ownership in TSI India.

• Placement increases shares on issue from 64.24 million to 99.95 million at an issue price of A$0.70 per share.

• Funds will be used to refinance debt, release INR 191.2 crore (A$33.25m) restricted cash, and reduce interest costs in India.
