Opening remarks and agenda

Dividend increased 8% to 40cps, with a final dividend of 21cps, fully imputed in NZ and 46% franked in Australia.
Revenue has grown at a CAGR of 7% since listing, increasing more than fivefold from FY05 to FY25.

Focus on profitable market share gains in B2B and B2C, regional hub expansion, and scaling oversize revenue.
Temperature Controlled segment targets network density and 3PL expansion; Information Management aims for higher digitisation and network utilisation.
