Financial highlights
Revenue rose to approximately £138 million, up 50% year-over-year (HY 2025: £92 million).
Profit before tax reached about £23 million, compared to £6 million in HY 2025.
Credit extended totaled £1.7 billion, up from £1.1 billion in HY 2025.
Assets under management increased to £3.3 billion (HY 2025: £2.8 billion).
Unrestricted cash balance was £136 million at 30 June 2026, up from £101 million at year-end 2025.
Outlook and guidance
On track to achieve FY 2026 guidance of at least £235 million revenue and at least £35 million profit before tax.
Continued investment in growth initiatives while monitoring the broader economic environment.
