H1-FY26 saw 10% year-over-year growth in Individual APE and VNB, with VNB reaching Rs 18.2 Bn and market share rising to 11.9% overall and 16.6% in the private sector.

Solvency ratio at 175% as of September 30, 2025, impacted by dividend payouts, debt repayment, and GST changes.
Standalone profit after tax for H1 FY26 was ₹99,361 lakh, and consolidated profit after tax was ₹99,664 lakh.
Total assets (consolidated) as of September 30, 2025, stood at ₹36,291,551 lakh.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects to restore normalized VNB growth by FY27, led by top-line expansion and margin normalization as GST impact is neutralized over the next two quarters.
