Executive summary
Revenue for Q2 FY26 rose 10.9% year-over-year to ₹5,117 million, with sales volumes up 9.2% and prices improving by 2%.
EBITDA for the quarter increased 53.6% year-over-year to ₹575 million, with margin expansion of 313 bps to 11.2%.
Profit after tax for Q2 FY26 surged 122.6% year-over-year to ₹249 million.
For the half year ended September 2025, revenue grew 11.6% and profit after tax rose 43.1% year-over-year.
Financial highlights
Six-month revenue reached ₹11,092 million, up from ₹9,936 million year-over-year.
EBITDA for the half year was ₹1,461 million, up 26.5% year-over-year.
Net profit for the half year was ₹732 million, compared to ₹511 million in the prior year.
EBITDA per tonne for Q2 FY26 was ₹535, up 40.7% year-over-year.
Dividend of ₹7 per share was distributed for FY24-25.
Outlook and guidance
The company is advancing its energy transition, sourcing over 50% of energy from own generation and power purchase agreements.
Alternative fuels now comprise 8% of the energy portfolio, supporting decarbonization goals.
