Executive summary
Net sales rose 8.2% year-over-year to ¥47,686 million for the three months ended October 31, 2025, driven by strong performance in both supermarket and restaurant businesses.
Operating profit increased 18.9% year-over-year to ¥2,196 million, and ordinary profit grew 19.1% to ¥2,244 million.
Profit attributable to owners of parent declined 20.7% year-over-year to ¥545 million due to impairment losses of ¥268 million related to store closures.

Gross profit improved to ¥13,566 million from ¥12,296 million year-over-year.
Basic earnings per share for the quarter was ¥10.70, reflecting the impact of a stock split.
Comprehensive income decreased 11.4% year-over-year to ¥606 million.

Full-year net sales forecast is ¥196,000 million, up 5.3% year-over-year.

Basic earnings per share forecast for the year is ¥137.37, adjusted for the stock split.
