Opening remarks and agenda
CEO Graeme Lee and Chair Fiona Hele addressed shareholders at the 2025 AGM in Adelaide, highlighting leadership transition and acknowledging the previous CEO's contributions to the record FY2025 result.
The agenda included a review of financial results, strategic and operational highlights, divisional performance, and outlook for FY2026.
Financial performance review
FY2025 delivered record revenues of $2,208.9m, up 9.5%, with underlying EBITDA of $285.0m, EBIT up 11.4% to $136.0m, and NPATA up 2.4% to $94.8m.
EPS before amortisation increased 2.2% to 35 cents per share; net operating cash flow rose 39.9% to $205.2m.
Leverage reduced to 2.7x underlying EBITDA, down from 3.2x at the half, as peak CapEx cycle nears completion.
All divisions achieved revenue, EBITDA, and EBIT growth, supported by strong contract renewals, cost indexation, and operational excellence.
Dividend maintained at $0.95 per share, fully franked, with a dividend reinvestment plan offered.

CEO transition from Clint Pewer Hart to Graeme Lee was smooth, with the former CEO remaining as Strategic Advisor.
Brent Maitland appointed as new AHI CEO in the U.S., strengthening leadership in key growth markets.
Board comprises independent and non-executive directors, with Graeme Lee as CEO, Andrew Muir as CFO, and Joanne McDonald as Group Chief Legal and Risk Officer.
EY serves as the external auditor.
