Opening remarks and agenda

• The meeting was opened with introductions of the Supervisory Board, Management Board, shareholders, proxies, media, and auditors present.

• The agenda, consisting of 16 points, was accepted by open vote with overwhelming support.

Overview of voting outcomes

• Andrzej Leganowicz was elected chair of the meeting with 99.87% of votes in a secret ballot.

• The agenda was adopted with 140,992,158 votes for, 179,004 against, and no abstentions.

• A proposal to adjourn the meeting until June 30, 2026, was rejected due to insufficient support.

• All resolutions on approval of financial statements, management and supervisory board reports, and discharge of board members were adopted by large majorities.

• The management's dividend proposal of PLN 1.5 per share was approved, while a shareholder proposal for PLN 3 per share was rejected.

Financial performance review

• Consolidated revenue for 2025 increased by 3% to over PLN 36 billion.

• EBITDA rose by 22% to over PLN 10 billion; net profit exceeded PLN 3.68 billion, up 20–28% year-on-year.

• Production and sales of copper met budget, while silver and precious metals exceeded expectations.

• Cost optimization and investment in new shafts improved operational efficiency and future production security.

• International assets, especially in Canada, contributed nearly half of EBITDA from foreign operations.
